Beach Street Inn & Suites Gets a Makeover

Did you know that Beach Street Inn and Suites, formerly the Terrace Court Motel, was recently purchased and renovated by two local families? The new owners are Scott Pinheiro (also the owner of Santa Cruz Travel) and his wife Chris Ferrante-Pinheiro together with locals Jim and Lisa Reilly. This landmark property has been transformed and renovated into a premier Boutique Inn. Beach Street Inn and Suites is located directly across the street from the municipal wharf in Santa Cruz. Together with other new developments near the wharf, the location provides a great setting for both local and out of town guests.

Our client Erik's Delicafe of Aptos, owned and operated by Lindsey Bryant,  along with Baskin Robbins of Aptos were named Business of the Year by the Aptos Chamber of Commerce. Erik's Deli and Baskin Robbins of Aptos are true assets to the Aptos community. Owners Lindsey Bryant of Erik's Deli and Keang and Dee Dee Lee of Baskin Robbins have teamed together in a joint effort to support numerous non-profits throughout Santa Cruz County. They have hosted fundraisers to support local charities and have formed great relationships with community members and customers. They have donated partial proceeds, food donations, and direct cash donations to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, American Cancer Society, Mar Vista Elementary School, Holy Cross Youth Choir, Rio Del Mar Elementary School, Salesian Sisters School, Twin Lakes Church, and Second Harvest Food Bank, along with many others.
