National Energy Education Development Project

Thirty years ago, the National Energy Education Development (NEED) Project began as a one-day celebration to raise awareness for energy education, and continues strong today. The organization is committed to raising awareness about the need for comprehensive energy education in our schools, reducing of our dependence of fossil fuels and increasing use of renewable energy technologies and energy efficiency. Curriculum and support is available for any classroom, from kindergarten to high school and beyond.
