A Toolkit for Reducing Waste in the Workplace
 
The Illinois Recycling Association offers a new online resource called RECYCLING WORKS: A Toolkit for Reducing Waste in the Workplace. RECYCLING WORKS is designed to provide businesses, schools, universities and other institutions with up-to-date information to evaluate, establish or expand waste reduction programs that are compatible with operations, cost-effective, and sustainable. This guide focuses on key concepts and general program design considerations, with additional recommendations, activities and resources to provide more specific information to address the unique needs of different size buildings.
