We hope you had a chance to see our recent 3-part series on "
Metadata" which ran in the
IBPA Independent. It's been very well received by our colleagues in the industry. As a
matter of fact, the Book Industry Study Group and BookNet Canada have
both asked to link the article to their websites. "This is a great
series -- it's very readable and as far as I can tell a complete
overview of something that like taxes or balancing cheque books defies
reasonable description. My compliments to Linda Carlson for her writing
skills and to Judith (Appelbaum) and the IBPA for publishing it. I
will definitely include it in our resources." - Tom Richardson, BookNet
Canada.
