I love August! College football polls come out and even though you still feel the heat of summer, you know that it's the beginning of the end of the year and the beginning of all the festivities that take place in September through December.
Please pay close attention to our next few newsletters and we promise some new and exiting things for the House of Lebanon. For now, please mark the 2nd annual Beyond Borders Art Exhibiton and the Pride of Heritage Banquet on your calendars.

Dear Friends,
For those who did not attend the Caracalla function at UCLA's Royce Hall, you missed a spectacular presentation of dazzling costumes, great choreography and an enjoyable blending of art, culture and theatrics. We look forward to our talented HOL Artists' Group's Art Exhibition this fall and viewing their extraordinary blend of talent using the elements of earth, wind, fire and water. I will be thinking about you while in Lebanon for the summer. I will return Sept. 6 or thereabouts and will also miss all of you. Best to you and your families.

Dear Friends, The House of Lebanon Artists' Group was established in 2006, with a small group of artists who had a passion to share their visions, ideas and talents through their work. This year, we are proud to celebrate their 5th year anniversary. The group has grown to 56 members, many of whom will be participating in this year's Beyond Borders Art Exhibition. Last year's show was a great success and we had an opportunity to see our community of artists share their art, music, film and dramatic talents with us.
