Team Thank You Photo

I thank my God every time I remember you. Philippians 1:3

Dear Friends and Family,

As we celebrate this new year and the wonderful
many blessings extended to us for the advancement of God's Kingdom, FaithBridge would like to thank you for your gracious generosity.

Our end-of-year campaign marked the official launch of our 2012 advancement efforts. Through your donations since December 1, FaithBridge raised $100,539.

Your financial support allows us to care for such foster children as Katrina*, a four year-old girl, who came into care with her younger brother due to abandonment by their teenage mother, who also grew up in the foster care system. This little girl participates in various forms of therapy and other services on a weekly basis, averaging 10 appointments each month. As her 2nd placement while in foster care, we pray she now has stability to flourish in a loving and nurturing Christian home.

If you were not in a position to support us financially in 2011, we encourage you prayerfully consider how you may contribute this year. Help us fill our immediate funding needs through donating or by joining us as a participant or sponsor at one of our upcoming events--our June golf challenge and new charity walk in August. We'll have more information about these, and other opportunities to support FaithBridge, in the coming weeks. We cannot reach our goal without you.

Please make a donation today and help FaithBridge continue to grow in 2012.

Many blessings and Happy New Year,

Report: Americans more generous in giving to charity in 2011

Americans gave a total of nearly $347 billion to charity in 2011, a 7.5 percent increase over 2010, according to a report released Tuesday by Atlas of Giving. The group, which measures and forecasts charitable giving in the United States, said giving expanded at a faster rate than overall economic growth for the year--and that faith-based and religious organizations were the leading recipients of charity dollars.
