Clients

It is always fun to have  new brochures in our trucks and displays (not that we don't love our old friends). Joining our colorful lineup last year were:

The Great Escape, Danforth Pewter, King Arhur Flour, Okemo Magazine,
Bellow Falls Magazine, Okemo Map, Arbor Trek Tours at Smugglers Notch, Great River Outfitters, Sugarbush Magazine, Sanfo Restaurant in Stowe, Hathaway Farm, Maple Tree Place, and the South Walden Schoolhouse Gallery.

Greetings!

Wow, thirty years, kind of frightening to think about. Yet, a proud accomplishment. In 1981 I had a bag of posters and an old, rusty Datsun. Not in my wildest dreams did I think I could build a company that would last until 2011 (and hopefully a lot longer).

I clearly couldn't have done it without my great staff and wonderful customers. Thank you very much!

2010 was another year of growth at PP&D. We distributed millions of brochures and placed dozens of new displays. We had expansion in Lake Placid, working with the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, where we placed PP&D displays at many of their members' locations. We also expanded our distribution in Ludlow and became official distributors of the Okemo Guide and the Okemo Map.

PP&D put Vermont on the world stage in September when I, as President of the International Association of Professional Brochure Distributors, hosted our annual conference (see below) with visitors from ten states and seven countries

As many of  you know, it is now contract season at PP&D. You should have received your new 2011-12 proposal durings the past month. Please let me know if you have any questions.

International Brochure Distribution Association Comes to Vermont

2011 IAPBD Board
I was very proud to host the annual convention of the International Association of Professional Brochure Distributors this past September. There were representative from seven countries and ten states.  Highlights of this years meeting included member updates, the presentation of new brochure research and the viewing of two new videos that the association produced.  Visit the IAPBD Website for more information about the association.

Outside of the formal meetings we enjoyed a lobster dinner while sailing on the Spirit of Ethan Allen, attended the Shelburne Farms Harvest Festival and enjoyed the food and beverages of Sweetwaters, Nectars, RiRas, and the Magic Hat Brewery.Shelb Farms
Everyone loved Burlington and I got to witness first-hand how tourists view our wonderful state and how much money flows into Vermont from even a small conference. Lobster Diner
