"Parlons-leur d'Amour"
Translated---"Let's Tell Them about Love"
That was the theme of our February 7th Café Théo. We started with an ice-breaker quiz on the topic of love from music, literature, art history, architecture, and foreign languages. The winning team answered 13 out of 15 questions correctly.
Helium filled heart-shaped red balloons, heart-shaped paper tablecloths, and oldies songs of love as background music created the atmosphere. We feasted on heart-shaped sugar cookies, heart-shaped dark chocolates, and crêpes. We sipped cranberry or white grape juice, in addition to our regular coffee. We capped the afternoon with lots of reflecting and sharing on what it means to truly be friends in the love of Jesus Christ.
