It was A Hey Day In the Red Clay - A Georgia Olympian Evening"  on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at the Hyatt Regency - Atlanta, with over 300 guests on hand to witness the induction of James "Jimmy" Carnes, Edith McGuire-Duvall, Douglas "Buddy"Fowlkes, Paul Koshewa, Edward "Ed" Hamm, and Antonio McKay, Sr. into the USATF Georgia Hall of Fame.

 

Masters of Ceremony - Chuck Dowdle, Former Channel 2 WSB-TV'S Sport Anchor, and Sam Crenshaw, 11Alive WXIA-TV'S Sport Anchor, guided more than 300 guests through the spectacular program with several modern day and historical Olympians on hand as well as significant contributors to track and field in Georgia.

The USATF Georgia Association 2012 Annual Meeting preceded the Hall of Fame Dinner and Gala on August 25, 2012.  Several individuals were honored during this meeting. We would like to acknowledge their contributions to the organization and to the community here.
