Annual Meeting Information:

The USATF Georgia Association Annual Meeting is being held this Saturday, August 25, 2012, 9:00 a.m. at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, 265 Peachtree Street NE, Atanta, GA 30303.  All Association members are encouraged to attend.

This year, our annual meeting agenda includes:

• Proposed Georgia Bylaw Revisions tabled from our annual meeting on August 27, 2011. (Please refer to our bylaws for voting eligibility.)
• Georgia Association President's Awards
• Keynote Speaker John P. Bevilaqua
• Administrative Committee Reports
• Sports Committee Meetings - Youth Athletics, Track & Field, Masters Running, Long Distance Running, and Race Walking 
• Four Performance Clinics presented by some of the best experts in the field.

We continue to strive to be a GREEN association and therefore all meeting documents are posted online on our website at www.usatfga.org for your review.  Please ensure that you print any documents you want to have with you prior to the meeting.
