During the 2011 Annual Meeting, the Association voted to "table" the motion to adopt the then-proposed amendments to the Bylaws. During the upcoming 2012 Annual Meeting, the Bylaw Review Committee will move to "remove or take from the table" said motion, and propose a revised set of amendments to the Association for vote. Below is a link to the revised set of proposed amendments.

During the Annual Meeting, the Bylaw Review Committee will lead the discussion around the proposed amendments. Reviewing the proposed amendments and asking questions before the Annual Meeting is strongly encouraged.
