The Transformation Working Group, made up of participants from four
different meetings (CCIH, GHC, TD and AERDO), is studying the ways in
which transformation has been put into practice and measured. In
addition to a review of published literature, we are interested in
knowing how development organizations measure transformation at the
individual and community levels. So we are inviting you to take a survey of your experience with transformation. Your input on the survey will be
extremely helpful. If you are not directly involved with these kinds of
projects, and know of someone else in your organization who would have
experience in transformation initiatives, please kindly pass this
