Six community built classrooms in Konbeek experienced extensive roof damage from a severe wind storm on April 7th.
All 365 girls and staff from Ayak Anguei are safe, but they are unable to hold classes. The first class of 16 girls will graduate this May! They need your help in order to finish and participate in their ceremony. Daniel Majok Gai, PES South Sudan Director, and Head Master James Deng are meeting with the Konbeek Community, the GoSS Ministry of Education and other NGOs to get support in repairing the damage. The community and the Ministry have asked Project Education Sudan to help support their efforts.
