In the Spirit of Thanksgiving
Children of Gopmeth
We have so much to be grateful for. Among all of the support we're receiving from great organizations across the country, we would like to celebrate our most recent gift from BloodSource - the donation of a water well to the village of Gopmeth.

Every day, 4,100 children die of water related diseases (UNICEF).

The village of Gopmeth only had one well to serve over 5,000 people. Now they have a second one! The community has received the new borehole with "joyous excitement and happiness."

"I thank BloodSource on behalf of local authority and elders. We are grateful and excited for the borehole drilling in Gopmeth. We promise to take care of the borehole that will improve health system in our village. We will never forget this wonderful gesture in our lifetime."
- Chief Paul Mayen Gut

"The 325 children of Gopmeth Primary School will no longer be affected by waterborne diseases and will be healthier. They will be able to focus on their studies and future aspirations. This has indeed brought back our hopes after decades of war and conflicts in the area."
- Aweng Aciek, Gopmeth School Head Teacher
Woman Mudding in Gopmeth

"The water well is being drilled near the school, and the women and children won't have to walk miles to get dirty water. We lost quite a lot of loved ones due to bad drinking water in this community. Now we will drink clean water. It will change our lives."
- Nyantiop Magot, Gopmeth Women Association Leader

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we want to express our gratitude for all the blessings that have come our way. We're thankful for all that you've made possible and continue to make possible.

We wish you a Happy Thanksgiving!
