Corning, NY - August 18, 2010 - Corning's Gaffer District is pleased to welcome Laser Art Studio to Historic Market Street.

 

Located at 18 West Market Street, Laser Art Studio will offer one-of-a-kind engraved keepsakes on substrates such as marble, wood, tile and glass.  Using advanced graphic software and specialized laser engraving machines, Laser Art Studio can engrave images taken from a printed photograph directly into any of their provided materials.  Customers have the option of choosing from a variety of materials and sizes, all of which will be on display in the Market Street storefront.

 

Laser Art Studio provides gifts for holidays, weddings and birthdays in addition to sports trophies and corporate gifts and recognition.  Most pieces can be created within one hour or while customers wait.

 

Co-owner Dave Fuller is excited about the grand opening, noting, "We're looking forward to opening in such a vibrant downtown community.  Our art includes one-of-a-kind, custom pieces made to order.  The nature of the business is so personal and emotional that we are eager to interact with our customers in such warm and hospitable surroundings."
