Database Software Update Scheduled.
We have scheduled a system update for Wednesday April 11th at 9PM EST. This update is to fix issues with printing from the fax screen as well as some document management issues that are in the 1/25/12 build of IMS. We anticipate that this update will take about 4 hours and will require your IMS system to be completely down. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and should we run into any issues your normal access will be available no later than 8am 4/12/2012.
