1. Do I have to buy a new Scanner? If your scanner has a TWAIN driver, it most likely will be compatible.
2. How much does it cost? MBSS is offering this as a NO CHARGE - Value added service for our billing clients. In fact, you can earn a $100 Credit on your next invoice if you start using eBridge by March 31, 2012.
3. How do we learn how to use eBridge? It is a very simple process. Start by registering for our next scheduled trainings listed below. You can also call our training department for a copy of the training manual.
4. What can I scan or print to eBridge? Any information you are currently mailing, scanning or faxing, such as superbills, deposits or patient notes. MBSS will also be using eBridge for your monthly reports, notices and forms.
