Franklin Covey presentation at luncheon
|
Education Consultant Landon Shewmake, pictured, will give
an overview of The Leader in Me education program designed by Franklin Covey at
Fourth Friday Luncheon.
"The world has
entered an era of the most profound and challenging change in human
history. Most of our children are not yet prepared for these changes,
and we know it. Meanwhile, businesses are seeking employees with strong
skills in communication, teamwork, analysis, technology, and
organization. 'The Leader in Me' helps schools prepare young people to
be self-motivated, flexible, and to have a strong work ethic,"
Nacogdoches County Chamber President/CEO Bruce Partain said.
