Good communication at after hours mixer
Alive After Five Thursday, Oct. 15

Suddenlink Communications General Manager Raymond Greenwood invites you to Alive After Five. The event will be 5:30 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 15, at Lanana Hall, 108 N. Lanana St. in historic downtown Nacogdoches. View the latest products and learn about all the high-tech services Suddenlink provides - including home security.
 
Guests will enjoy this after-business-hours mixer with delicious hors d'oeuvres and cool door prizes. State legislation update given at luncheon
Fourth Friday Luncheon Oct. 23

Rep. Wayne Christian will deliver "The Texas Legislature: Where We Are, Why We're Here, and Where We're Headed" at Fourth christianFriday Luncheon, noon to 1 p.m., Oct. 23, at Hotel Fredonia.
 
"I look forward to meeting with Chamber members to share how the 81st legislative session impacted East Texas and what issues still lie ahead," said Christian. "This will be a good opportunity to discuss state legislative priorities related to doing business in Texas."

The luncheon, sponsored by TXU Energy, serves as the Chamber's monthly membership meeting, and all from the community are invited to attend. Reservations are required, and lunch is $16 at the door. Click here for the registration form.
