Tourism Advisory Group Opportunity
York Region Tourism in conjunction with the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities (MTCU) are currently developing a Customer Service Toolkit for York Region's Tourism Industry. They are seeking suggestions for individuals from Vaughan to sit on an Advisory Group that would provide feedback on various project elements. In particular, they are looking for local business owners/operators that are respected leaders in their community or have demonstrated expertise in providing quality customer service. The time required by the group is minimal. The group will meet once in-person during the week of January 18th for an overview of the project. Group members will then be contacted approximately four times over the next 10 months to provide feedback on various project elements. Participating in the group provides an opportunity to meet other leaders in the tourism and customer service field, leverage best practices, and offers exposure through a York Region Tourism/ MTCU initiative.
Interested in learning more? Please contact Laura Fudor at York Region Tourism, 905-830-4444, ext. 1582, or email Laura.Fudor@york.ca. |
