Pray the Devil Back to Hell had an absolutely wonderful screening this past Monday, March 8, 2010, International Women's Day, at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, the UN Headquarters, Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR)

The event was opened by the highly respected Navanethem (Navi) Pillay, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. Also in attendance were Ambassador Betty E. King of the US Mission and the Ambassador of Norway, Bente Angell-Hansen. A lively Q & A followed the screening, led by producer Abigail Disney, and plans were hatched for future screenings in Geneva for UN staff as well as for the Foreign Ministries of 3 different nations.


 A Living Legend! 


Leymah Gbowee was honored with a Living Legends Award presented by the Emmanuel Brinklow Seventh Day Adventist Church in Maryland. Leymah was honored for her continued service to humanity .

Leymah is currently building Women Peace and Security Africa, a women's organization in Ghana that will act to build relationships across the West African sub- region in support of women's capacity to prevent, avert and end conflicts.


 International Women's Day 2010


From Switzerland to Pennsylvania, in celebration of International Women's Day 2010, organizations and communities across the globe included screenings of Pray the Devil Back to Hell as part of their events!
