DocuWeek gives deserving filmmakers an opportunity to qualify for OscarŽ consideration by providing theatrical platforms for their films.

Pray the Devil Back to Hell is the extraordinary story of a small band of Liberian women who - armed only with white T-shirts and the courage of their convictions - came together in the midst of a bloody civil war, took on the warlords, and brought peace to their shattered country.

Directed by Academy AwardŽ nominee Gini Reticker and produced by Abigail Disney, Pray the Devil Back to Hell won the Best Documentary Feature award at this year's Tribeca Film Festival, the Audience Award at the Jackson Hole Festival, and the Witness Award at the Silverdocs AFI/Discovery Channel Documentary Film Festival.
