GRM Information Management Services moves to Bedford Park

GRM was founded in New York City in 1987, to provide a better, hands-on alternative for records storage than what was being offered by larger, more established vendors.  Early on, the positioning resonated with the business community.  In search of more attentive service and a commitment to cutting edge technology, prominent law and accounting firms, hospital and medical organizations, financial institutions, insurance companies and non-profits soon flocked to GRM.

The company's reputation solidified in the 1990s.  The client roster grew steadily, placing a demand on more storage space, additional locations and an extension of the product line.  By the end of the decade, GRM was operating three records centers in the New York metropolitan Area totaling nearly 1.5 million square feet.  As the 21st Century came into view, GRM embarked on a national expansion program.  Sparked by client demand, the company established records centers in Los Angeles and Miami.  Soon after, operations began in Washington, D.C.  In 2001, the roll-out continued with the opening of our Chicago facility followed a year later by Atlanta.  In 2003, GRM opened Northern California centers in Alameda and Fremont.  And in 2005, GRM established its Philadelphia record center.

Commensurate with its physical growth was the lengthening of the company's product line.  GRM now offers a complete menu of integrated information management services including: Records Storage, Document Imaging, Web Hosting, Certified Shredding Services, Data, Video and Film Storage, Electronic Vaulting and Technology Escrow.  Plus, GRM clients choose from a variety of customized, corrugated storage containers and durable, customized transfer cases to protect and preserve their important documents and business data.  Today, GRM employees coast-to-coast are dedicated to maintaining the standards established at our inception - providing world-class service and the best value for the information management dollar.

GRM's latest acquisition is in Bedford Park at 7123 West 65th Street.  For more information or a tour of the new facility contact Pamela Coan, Account Executive, at 312-371-0347 (cell) or email her at pcoan@grmims.com.

New Magna Medical Campus In Bedford Park, Illinois

Bedford Med, LLC, announced the completion of its new Magna Medical Campus located at 7456 South State Road in Bedford Park, Illinois.  Limited space remains available for physicians wishing to occupy space in the new facility.

The Magna Medical Campus provides the optimal setting for private practitioners to locate their office space from a standpoint of patient convenience, strong generation of patient referrals and access to ancillary income.  The Magna Medical Campus represents a revolutionary new approach to patient-focused care that will be provided through a collaborative setting, combining advanced diagnostic medical imaging, multi-specialty ambulatory surgery and walk-in immediate care for the Chicago community.

"The innovative clinical programs that we can deliver to the community by bringing together diagnostic medical imaging, ambulatory surgery and immediate care are very exciting as will reset the bar for patient care in the Chicago area.  Our three mile proximity to Midway Airport will allow convenient access for out-of-town executives and patients seeking state-of-the-art clinical programs such as outpatient weight loss surgery and executive screenings," says Guita Griffiths, a project developer.

The state-of-the-art imaging facility at the Magna Medical Campus offers the highest standard of equipment for all local imaging as well as meaningful physician participation.  "By joining forces at the Magna Medical Campus we can offer same day results for digital mammography and perform biopsies at the surgery center if necessary on the same day with conclusive results.  This will be a break-through for women who currently are waiting weeks for results at local hospitals," added Griffiths.

Bedford Med, LLC began planning the construction of the surgery center, diagnostic imaging center, immediate care and physician office complex in 2008.  The project commenced construction in May 2010.  The developer plans to open the facilities this summer.

Magna Surgical Center, currently operating in the Beverly neighborhood, opened its doors in 1987 and has become a leader in outpatient surgical care.  Magna Surgical Center consistently meets the needs of area specialists by providing state-of-the-art equipment and technology in a convenient and cost-effective setting.
