Celestial Forecast: Oct. 31 - Nov. 6

Whatever your sun sign, this forecast will help you choose how to best use the current astrological energies! Events are most powerful on the dates listed. However, their influence will be active for at least several days before and after. All dates and times are in the U.S. eastern time zone.
While everyone is affected by these global transits, you will be most powerfully impacted when moving planets activate natal planets and other sensitive points in your birth chart.
VOID-OF-COURSE MOONS. It's best to avoid starting important new projects or making major purchases during these times. "Business as usual" is the best strategy for these periods, which occur when the Moon has made its last major Ptolemaic aspect but has not yet moved into the next sign. 11/3, 11:41 pm - 11/4, 3:19 am (Pisces)
11/5, 4:05 am - 11/6, 2:04 pm (Aries) 10/31 (Mon). Halloween brings us a square between Scorpionic Venus and Neptune that could offer tricks or treats: deception or illusion in relationships or financial matters, or empowerment of creative inspiration or divine connection. (It could also inspire some very cool Halloween costumes.) As always with astrology, the results of an aspect depend on your intention and consciousness!
11/1 (Tue). A five-planet T-square, active 10/28 through 11/4, is peaking as November opens. Leonine Mars is opposing Neptune and Chiron, and all three are squaring Mercury and Venus in Scorpio. On the challenging side, illusions, deception and wounding are possible in relationships and communication. On the upside, strong healing energy is available in these areas, and it can be easier to experience powerful transformation and connect with the divine in others.
Part of this configuration, a Mercury-Neptune square, is exact today. Taken as a stand-alone aspect, it can amplify the possibility of confusion or deception in your thinking or communication. But it can also be used to let your thoughts be saturated with intuitive insight, divine union and/or creative inspiration!
A second aspect pattern also peaks today: a Quintile Yod, active 10/30 through 11/2. Here, there's a quintile between the Scorpionic Sun and Leonine Mars, and both planets biquintile Uranus. Quintiles and biquintiles are about divine inspiration and magical connection, so this Quintile Yod can be used to light up and empower creative activities -- especially those that reflect your unique genius!
11/2 (Wed). Venus and Mercury both race into Sagittarius today, and just eight hours apart! Venus will move on into Capricorn on 11/26, but Mercury will stay in Sagittarius until 1/7 due to its retrograde on 11/24. These planets' Sagittarian residence will amplify the energies of questing, celebration, enthusiasm, higher education, foreign travel, and attention to religion and/or philosophy. Relationships can be more adventurous, and communication more loquacious.
Venus also squares Chiron today, which can provide a major opportunity to clear stuck energy and heal old wounds. You can facilitate this process by maintaining a high level of integrity and honesty with others, and allowing yourself to feel whatever is arising within you.
11/3 (Thu). Next to square Chiron is Mercury. Be mindful not to wound others with your words; focus instead on activating healing and mentoring through your words and actions.
Trines to Uranus are up next, with Venus and Mercury now making the aspect just six hours apart. Be sure to follow whatever intuitive flashes you're receiving around relationships, creativity and finance, as well as writing and communication.
11/5 (Sat). Watch for adjustments that will help you move forward with your goals, with Venus and Mercury both quincunx Jupiter (and now making their aspects just over two hours apart!). Once again, the themes stimulated by Venus and Mercury are money, personal expression, relationships, learning and communication.
