"Become Your Own Shaman" Workshop Sat., Oct. 15 in Asheville
 Benjamin will lead a "Become Your Own Shaman" workshop on Saturday, Oct. 15 from 10 am - 5 pm. It will be held at Crystal Visions, five minutes from the Asheville airport.
Tuition is $77, or $55 if you pre-register by Sept. 30. Satisfaction guaranteed: anyone who is not pleased with the workshop will be entitled to a full refund.
The workshop will focus on simple, potent "Ask and Receive" techniques for self-healing, spiritual awakening and channeling energy to others. Large- and small-group processes will be included. Individual work between Benjamin and selected volunteers will be energetically supported by the group.
Group processes will include expanded light body awareness, conscious merging with the Higher Self, and the integration of the light body and physical body.
The guiding principle behind the "Become Your Own Shaman" work is that a person needs no special skills or training to call in divine healing and awakening. The only requirement is the ability to create a clear, simple invocation.

Celestial Forecast for September 5-11

Whatever your sun sign, this forecast will help you choose how to best use the current astrological energies! Events are most powerful on the dates listed. However, their influence will be active for at least several days before and after. All dates and times are in the U.S. eastern time zone.
While everyone is affected by these global transits, you will be most powerfully impacted when moving planets activate natal planets and other sensitive points in your birth chart.
VOID-OF-COURSE MOONS. It's best to avoid starting important new projects or making major purchases during these times. "Business as usual" is the best strategy for these periods, which occur when the Moon has made its last major Ptolemaic aspect but has not yet moved into the next sign. 9/6 (Tue). Physical inspiration can come your way with Mars quintile Jupiter. Whether you're doing something athletic, sexual or mundane, trust your body to find creative new ways to do its thing! Inspired approaches to leadership and project initiation may also be yours for the receiving.
9/7 (Wed). The inspirational energy continues with two biquintiles: Mercury-Uranus and Mars-Neptune. These aspects cover many varieties of inspiration, but creative writing, intuitive leaps, and sacred sexuality have special support!
9/8-14. Learning and communication get one boost after another during this seven-day period! Balance your amplified mental powers with mind-quieting activities to allow intuitive input as well.
9/8 (Thu). Here's an invocation that will help you make the best of today's Mercury-Neptune opposition: "Spirit, please help me receive the flow of divine knowledge consciously, easily and continuously throughout this day, to the greatest extent that serves the highest good. Thank you." With Mercury in Leo, the sign of creativity and performance, plenty of creative inspiration is also available!
9/9 (Fri). Mercury enters Virgo today and stays through 9/25, broadcasting the energy of fine-tuning, detail work, service to others and health awareness.
9/10 (Sat). A Mercury-Chiron opposition can make you aware of old psychological and emotional wounds that are ready for healing. (This invocation may help you clear them.) Since the opposition is the angle of relationship, it's also a great time to give or receive mentoring and/or healing.
9/11 (Sun). The 10th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks opens with a harmonious Venus-Mars sextile. This can help relating and creativity to flow strongly and smoothly.
It's also a good day to allow intuitive flashes or other sources of awakening to adjust your thinking, with a Mercury-Uranus quincunx.
