Benjamin to Teach Full-Day "Become Your Own Shaman" Workshop -- Sat., Aug. 20 in Floyd, VA
Benjamin will lead a "Become Your Own Shaman" workshop on Saturday, Aug. 20 from 10 am - 4 pm at Anahata Education Center in southwest Virginia. Tuition is $77, satisfaction guaranteed: anyone who is not pleased with the workshop will be entitled to a full refund.
The workshop will focus on simple, potent "Ask and Receive" techniques for self-healing, spiritual awakening and channeling energy to others. Large- and small-group processes will be included. Individual work between Benjamin and selected volunteers will be energetically supported by the group.
Group processes will include expanded light body awareness, conscious merging with the Higher Self, and the seamless, grounded integration of the light body and physical body.
The guiding principle behind the "Become Your Own Shaman" work is that a person needs no special skills or training to call in divine healing and awakening. The only requirement is the ability to create a clear, simple invocation.

Celestial Forecast for July 25-31

Whatever your sun sign, this forecast will help you choose how to best use the current astrological energies! Events are most powerful on the dates listed. However, their influence will be active for at least several days before and after. All dates and times are in the U.S. eastern time zone.
While everyone is affected by these global transits, you will be most powerfully impacted when moving planets activate natal planets and other sensitive points in your birth chart.
VOID-OF-COURSE MOONS. It's best to avoid starting important new projects or making major purchases during these times. "Business as usual" is the best strategy for these periods, which occur when the Moon has made its last major Ptolemaic aspect but has not yet moved into the next sign. Learn more here.

7/27, 8:36 pm - 9:13 pm (Cancer)
7/28, 7:04 pm - 7/30, 2:17 am (Leo)
7/25 (Mon). Easier receptivity to intuitive flashes, as well as juiced-up creativity, are available with Leonine Mercury biquintile Uranus.
7/26 (Tue). A Uranus-Chiron semi-sextile could activate old wounds, even in a shocking or unexpected way. This is a blessing in disguise if you use this powerful invocation to have Spirit immediately heal whatever comes up. This aspect also supports spiritual healing and awakening, as well as breakthroughs in your ability to receive inner intuitive guidance. And it remains strong for many months to come!
7/27 (Wed). Relax and let your natural genius, stimulated by a Sun-Uranus trine, flow into all that you do. The same wounding/healing vibe described on 7/26 is accented by a Sun-Chiron quincunx, while the subtle refinement of relational, creative and financial issues is energized by a Venus-Chiron biquintile.
7/28 (Thu). Venus pulls a triple today! Her transit of Leo thru 8/21 will make it easier to strut your creative stuff - just don't let it inject any "drama queen" energy into your relationships! Her Saturn quintile is excellent for getting productive with your creative output, while her Neptune quincunx could be inspiring - as long as it doesn't space you out!
We also have another sign entry today: Mercury enters Virgo for an unusually brief stay. (Mercury returns to Leo on 8/8, after going retrograde on 8/2 at 11:50 pm.) While Mercury is in Virgo, mental precision and a focus on service will be empowered.
Finally, a Sun-Pluto quincunx asks us to make whatever adjustments are needed to abet our evolution. With the Sun in Leo, this can also energize creative expression big-time!
7/29 (Fri). Try to avoid making important decisions now, since the potential for mental confusion is strong with a Mercury-Neptune opposition. However, internal spiritual work can be very rewarding!
7/30 (Sat). July's second New Moon is at 2:40 PM (07°15' Leo). New beginnings in benevolent leadership, creative performance and appropriate relaxation are supported.
This lunation receives numerous intense aspects, including a conjunction with Venus, a trine from Uranus, and a square from Jupiter. Most significantly, the Sun and Moon form the tip of a yod ("Finger of God") aspect, with Chiron and Pluto on the "back end". All of this can add up to a sense of urgency around relationships (Venus). As much as possible, make sure the people you're spending time with are supporting your positive transformation (Pluto) and personal breakthroughs (Uranus).
This New Moon's Sabian Symbol is, "An activist is stirring up discontent by spreading his revolutionary ideals." If this sounds like you, remember that virtually all the people now revered in the history books were reviled when they first proposed their breakthroughs!
7/31 (Sun). If any relationship buttons get pushed about now, it could be a Venus-Chiron quincunx conspiring to make you aware of which psychic wounds most need your attention. (Did you try that healing invocation mentioned on 7/26?) It might be helpful to focus on Chiron's other qualities, such as mentoring and healing.
