4/18 (Mon). With Mars opposing Saturn, persevering against resistance may ultimately result in a strong wind at your back. But you will only benefit from this "Energizer Bunny Effect" if your efforts are focused in alignment with your highest needs, so be careful not to impulsively launch yourself against an unmovable obstacle! This effect is strong for about a week either side of this date.

4/19 (Tue). Take advantage of the strong mental stimulation provided by a Mars-Mercury conjunction -- just don't go to the dark side and use it to launch verbal attacks! With Mercury still retrograde thru 4/23, this energy is particularly good for reflection and planning.

4/20 (Wed). The Sun is in Taurus today through 5/20, radiating tranquility, sensuality, love of nature, and slow, steady accomplishment.
        The Sun also sextiles Neptune today, promoting easy connection between you and your higher self and the subtle energies in the world around you. This aspect can also be creatively inspiring!

4/21 (Thu). Venus is in Aries today through 5/15. Consider being more assertive and pioneering in your relationships, finances and creativity during this time. To avoid conflict in your relationships, channel your coupled energies more into passionate physical activities.

4/22 (Fri). Pay special attention to your relationships, creativity and finances during the last week and a half of April - Venus is making a series of potentially challenging aspects, starting with today's Uranus conjunction. If challenges and reality checks arise, ask for intuitive guidance in making the transformations that will serve the highest need all concerned. These Venus aspects are also part of the T-Square aspect pattern described in the last two paragraphs of the 4/9 entry.

4/23 (Sat). Mercury Retrograde ends today at 6:04 AM, opening the door for new projects. (All things being equal, however, new initiatives fare better during waxing moons - the next one begins on 5/3.)

4/24 (Sun). Mentoring and healing, whether you're the giver or the receiver, are strongly stimulated by a Sun-Chiron sextile.
