10/4 (Mon). Verbal and literary creativity can be inspired today, with Libran Mercury biquintile Neptune and Chiron.
        Mercury is also the focal point of a T-Square, which peaks today and is active the 2nd thru the 6th. As it opposes Uranus and Jupiter and squares Pluto, it opens the door for the revolutionary transformation of old thought patterns. Prior ways of thinking about relationships and creativity are especially open to change, since Mercury is in Libra. Be sure to follow those intuitive flashes!

10/5 (Tue). A Mercury-Pluto square (part of the T-Square discussed on 10/4) facilitates deep thought, probing research and conceptual transformation.
        Piscean Jupiter makes a 30° semi-sextile to Aquarian Chiron, energizing new hope through the healing of old wounds around belief systems and religion. Spiritual healing and intuitively guided mentoring are also supported.

10/7 (Thu). October's New Moon is at 2:44 pm (14°23' Libra) today. What new beginnings in relationship and creativity are appropriate now? Just be aware that, with the Sabian Symbol "Circular Paths," the path you embark on may not be straightforward! With the Moon conjunct Mercury and Saturn, don't refrain from learning and communication in these areas; rather, strive to be direct and straightforward.

10/8 (Fri). Venus is retrograde today at 3:05 am thru 11/18 at 4:18 pm. This is a better time to reflect on Venusian activities - relationship, creativity and finance - than to make major new beginnings. 
        And with Venus in Scorpio, a special focus on your committed sexual relationship(s), shared resources and occult practices is supported. The insights you gain during this period of introspection can be profound!
              The Sabian Symbol for Venus' retrograde is, "A Telephone Lineman At Work Installling New Connections." Whether you interpret this as communicating more clearly in your current relationships, or reaching out to new people, it certainly suggests taking an interactive approach to this Venus Retrograde period!
        Who's the final authority on what you think and say? Let it be you, especially if you're challenged in this area with Mercury conjunct Saturn.
        Finally, the ability to connect with Spirit, and be revolutionized and inspired by it, is also especially strong now with Piscean Jupiter semi-sextile Aquarian Neptune.

10/9-12 (Sat-Tue). Feeling "pecked to death by chickens"? A flock of irritating minor hard angles may be responsible: Mercury is making sesquiquadrates (135° angles) to Neptune and Chiron and a semi-sextile to Venus, Mars is semi-square (45°) Pluto, the Sun is semi-sextile Mars, and Venus is sesquiquadrate Uranus! However, a simple invitation to Spirit can bring in flow and inspiration instead.
