Greetings!
Happy July everyone! The ABNLP has had some great changes in the past month with the AGM held a few weeks ago and our new Leadership Team in place. We have some amazing things planned for the coming year, and I want to share some of them with you.
In June I was pleased to be the Keynote speaker at the New Zealand Association of NLP - I had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful NLPers from across the Tasman, and hopefully even strengthened an alliance with our neighbours. Their conference was a success and with 100 attendees, everyone learned a lot and reignited their passions with NLP.
 Coming up in September, the Australian Hypnotherapy Association is celebrating their 60th year with a conference in Sydney. The ABNLP is proud to be a sponsor of the event and we hope you will join us in attending the conference. The program has just been released, and registration is now open. In March 2008, the ABNLP was lucky enough to host Dr. Stephen Gilligan as a keynote speaker at our conference. We are pleased now to introduce you to the interview conducted by past a ABNLP chairperson at the conference. 
Many of you have heard the New Guinea proverb that "Knowledge is just a rumour until you get it into your muscle". We are big advocates of practicing the skills that you have and desire to share NLP Practice Groups run around the country with all of our members. 
The aim of the ABNLP Member Events are to provide an opportunity for our members to meet and socialise with other NLPers while learning something new each month. We provide a vast array of topics and know that the community of NLP is important to our growth and longevity. 
The ABNLP currently has members nationally, with brances in Sydney and Melbourne. Starting in October 2009, the ABNLP will be expanding to regional cities in most states and territories. We will have practice groups, monthly member events and discount partners in the Partner Program.
