| Welcome to Spring! | |
 When I left Maine 3/24 there was still a goodly amount of snow on the ground. 4,500 miles and 38 days later, trip detailed out in this blog, I have returned to a carpet of green grass and the budding of new leaves on the trees...a scene I enjoy from my home office window....and look forward to embracing through the best part of this summer, as only have "short" trips, ie less than 2 weeks/trip, for best part of this season. Yes, happy for the chance to stay planted...more or less.
2011 continues to be a growing year for Antiques by Zaar and happy to keep you abreast with the new opportunities available to you to shop our collection. See below for all the details!

 The latest additions to our collection have landed. Thus, those of you that purchased already, sold 19 pieces as the container wended it's way from China to US...thank you all!, will be receiving your goods shortly.

As noted on the schedule in sidebar, I am planning for my next container, RAZ1 to arrive early August.

For those of you that are contemplating a visit to our warehouse/showroom, I wanted to let you know of the "extras" that are there for you, should that work for you.
 In addition to housing my entire collection I have opened up space for other businesses to have a year round presence in High Point, by showcasing some product in my facility.
Although the companies that show with me are "to the trade" businesses only, the product in my warehouse is available to any and all of Antiques by Zaar customers.
Italian pottery, Handmade furniture from England AND Chatanooga TN, Flat Screen TV Lift Furniture, Decorative Haitian Ironwork...ALL Available at ZAAR Design Center/Antiques by Zaar Warehouse.

Yes, the freshness of new green and budding flowers does infuse me each and every Spring. The rhythm of the school schedule is also a part of my Spring, in place for our family for but one more year, bringing about the moving about of kids finishing up the year....and thus the recent drives to Montreal Quebec and London Ontario.
