Greetings!

Kroon Training Services delivers Training Courses as well as distributing Training Resources from around the world. Our guiding principle is to assist with the growth and development of people, which as a result, improves individual and organisational effectiveness.

This workshop will provide you with strategies and tools that you can use. These days we are all very busy at home and at work and it's important to have a balance between the two. The balance gives you more control in your life, which makes you feel less stressed, and as a result you are happier living life.
PresentationPresentation Skills (2 Day Course)

This programme will give you improved confidence in future presentations. The programme is very interactive, with the opportunity to present several times, and to apply the skills learnt during the programme. It offers simple, easy to use techniques, to help you harness your nervous energy and to get your message across memorably. It provides you with a structure so you can create impact in future presentations and be effective in achieving your outcomes.

CommunicationCommunication Skills (1 Day Course)

Good communication skills are important in life. We all need to communicate, and if we communicate effectively, we will achieve our desired outcomes.

This programme, which uses some Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, will help people improve their interactions with other people in the workplace and at home. They will gain an understanding of how people communicate and why they communicate the way they do. The workshop is highly interactive with various activities, which allows people to practice the techniques covered during the day.

Without customers we have no jobs. Delight you customers and give them exceptional customer service. Your customers must be impressed and excited, and the service must be memorable. Why? It's not only easier to get repeat business from happy customers - it's less expensive! And, happy customers tell others. When you focus on customer service, everything else falls into place.

A growing body of research claims that Emotional Intelligence has become established as a key life skill in both the corporate and personal areas of life. This programme covers essential leadership skills required for successful team leadership. During the course you will learn tips and techniques, which will increase your competence and confidence when managing and leading your team. As a result you will improve the direction and motivation of your team, which leads to increased productivity. The course is interactive with activities, role-plays and group discussion.
 
ConflictConflict Management (2 Day Course)
Conflict is one of the most time-consuming and negative aspects of not only our work situation, but also other aspects of our life. It can affect everyone, even those not directly involved in the conflict. Conflict Management is therefore an essential skill for everyone.
 
This programme focuses on
the application of skills to manage conflict constructively and positively in different work situations. This is done through a series of practice exercises and cases that will assist participants to identify different conflict situations and implement the necessary skills in order to resolve them.
 
NegotiatingActive Negotiating Programme (2 Day Course)
Of all the skills human beings need to be successful in, negotiating is the most important. This is true in our personal, social and business lives. This is true for all cultures, in all countries. We need to negotiate and manage agreement.
Because of this international importance the participants on this programme will explore in depth a wide range of negotiating issues. They will do so actively and practically to ensure they can negotiate successful and long-lasting agreements.
 
CreativeCreative Problem Solving (2 Day Course)
This highly active programme promotes the philosophy that we all have creativity and logic but often fail to fulfil our potential in one of these very necessary social and business qualities. Through a series of practical and interesting exercises the participants come to discover their own creativity and logic, and then apply them to real corporate problems of their own choice.
 
EmpowermentEmpowerment in Action (1 Day Course)
Everyone has heard of the word 'Empowerment" but nobody seems to know how to make it work for him or her. We will not only show how to make it work for you, but will also get you to make it happen before you leave the programme. You will come to understand and use an original system of empowerment and apply the skills to make it happen.

Her client base is broad; she has worked for large institutions and SME in public, private and the not-for-profit sectors. She has been involved in the design, co-ordination and delivery of many successful training programmes and through this has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge. 
 
Robert HounsellRobert Hounsell
Robert Hounsell has over twenty-five years experience in creating and facilitating management, leadership and personal development programmes. He has run programmes in fourteen different countries in Africa, UK, Europe, the Middle East and Australia for a variety of seventy-two different organisations.
