In the Resources Section you will find information on the New Video Arts Release "Assert Yourself". Using the traditional Video Arts entertaining format, this title shows how honest, respectful assertive behaviour can help everybody. It illustrates the techniques of using assertive behaviour effectively through a series of dramatised real-life work situations. The quality of the acting, and the humour emerging from some of the encounters help both to entertain and convey the key learning points.
Coming soon we have a series of Talent Management Tools that will assist you with the many areas of organisational development. The majority of these tools are benchmarked against Australian people. You can even create your own benchmark, so they are relevant to your organisation.

 This entertaining new programme looks at the advantages and disadvantages of passive, aggressive and assertive behaviour. In a series of different situations - from the office, within meetings, and even within a hospital - the techniques of assertive behaviour are explained, together with how to get your inner dialogue right, and how to communicate what you want with honesty and relevance whilst respecting the rights of those you are addressing.
