In this newsletter we have featured our workshop "Time Management". Time is our most valuable resource, it is unique and completely non-renewable. As Alan Lakein said "Time = Life, therefore waste your time and you waste your life, or, master your time and you master your life". Managing time effectively has many benefits for the individual, including: less stress; increased productivity; balance in life; and the accomplishment of goals. This flows on and impacts in a positive way on organisational success.
