Dental Success Story

Dear Ray,

You have been our dentist for at least 15 years, we started with you the same time you began your practice in Clearwater.

Over the years my wife and I have been very pleased with everything you have done for us.  However, you have improved even more in recent months.

I decided to write to thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you have done for me lately.  As you know, I needed a lot of dental work done this year.

At the age of 78 I initially hesitated to spend a significant amount of money for this because I may not have a lot of years to live.  After a lot of prayer, thought and discussions with my wife, we decided to go ahead.

You and I have spent a great deal of time together in recent months.  I was in your dental chair for one marathon 7-hour appointment, and several shorter ones.

I am so glad that we decided to proceed.  Your professionalism, thoroughness and attention to detail always have been outstanding, but you have reached new levels of professionalism in your recent work with me.

You are not only very good at what you do, but you give every-thing you have as you pour out your energy working hard for your patients.

I am convinced that my overall health and my life expectancy will improve because of what you have done for me in 2009.

I continue to be very impressed with your staff.  You have surrounded yourself with people who are very professional.  They seem almost like family.

Ray, thanks again for everything you have done.

You are the best dentist I have ever seen.  I trust you completely.

God bless you,
Jack H
Remember the old saying

"When you smile at people, they smile back at you."

Do you smile a lot?

Is there something about your teeth that make you embarrassed to smile?

What is a biologically correct cosmetic smile?

This is much, much more than just a cosmetic makeover.

It's using the exact right non-toxic materials for you, fixing any non-optimum structural problems, and giving you the healthy & beautiful smile of your dreams.

You will find yourself smiling much more during the day, and just by doing that,
I dare you to say that you don't become happier!

Greetings!

Do you know of anyone who suffers from headaches, neck aches or backaches?

HeadacheHave they gone into despair on getting relief from their debilitating pain without resorting to drugs?

We are one of the few dental offices in the whole country which can address these maladies with a combination of both biological dentistry and neuromuscular (neuro = nerves, muscular = muscles) dentistry.

What is that, you say?  It's state-of-the art techniques to perfectly position the teeth and jaw in an optimum manner, which can eliminate a tremendous amount of problems with the head, neck and back.

The benefits of this treatment, besides having a dazzlingly beautiful new smile, are:
The stressed muscles of the face and neck are relaxed,
The airway is open to prevent problems breathing while sleeping,
    Most TMJ problems are resolved,
Chronic migranes and headaches can be eliminated,
    Neckaches can be resolved,
Backaches from a dental origin can be eliminated,
Confidence in one's smile can be restored, and
One has a lot more to smile about!

"How is this accomplished?" you ask.  As a graduate of Las Vegas Institute (LVI), the country's largest and most comprehensive post-doctoral dental educational facility, my understanding of the anatomy of the head and neck has been greatly expanded to enable me to take better care of my patients.

In many cases restoration of the teeth are necessary, so this enables me to create the ideal aesthetic smile for the person, along with the structural modifications that can relieve these pains.

I have learned information beyond what is taught in dental schools.  The simple fact is dental school only teaches dentists the foundation and from there they need to systematically and constantly continue their education and training to be able to understand and utilize the modern materials and techniques available.

LVI GlobalFor those who are technically oriented, there is an intimate relation between the Atlas (first vertebrae that the skull sits on), the Axis (second vertebrae),
and the TemporoMandibular Joint (TMJ). The mandible (lower jaw) has been referred to as the last vertebrae. It acts as a counter-balance for head in control or posture.

There is incredible research being carried out by Dr. Norman Thomas, an Anatomist, Physiologist and Dentist at the Las Vegas Institue that utilizes current technology to prove how the neuromuscular control of the head, neck and
upper body is totally dependent on healthy neuromuscular occlusion (the way the teeth fit together).

Their research has shown that Neuromuscular Dentistry is the key factor in long term chiropractic stabilization.  Dr. Thomas and his associates have shown the correlation    between the anatomy of the TMJ and the way the skull sits atop the spine.  Problems in this area can cause a myriad of physical problems throughout the body, as all nerves pass through this area, as well as its closeness to and affect on the airway.

In other words, two of the most vital life functions are affected by the way the teeth fit together!

During my extensive studies of the LVI Curriculum, I have taken a number of programs across a broad spectrum of dental education.  Each step has allowed me to bring techniques and procedures into my office and help my patients enjoy a better quality of life.

So give us a call, come in and we can do some simple testing to see if you can benefit from this miraculous new technology that we now utilize in our practice.

Biological Dental Success Story
amalgam fillings
After struggling with persistent candida, rashes and memory issues, I did research and discovered the connection between these symptoms and mercury toxicity.

Several local healthcare professionals all referred to Dr. Behm for amalgam removal, so I gave him a try.

Dr. Behm and his staff were very caring and gentle.  I followed the recommendations for liver support with chlorella prior to the procedure.

Dr. Behm takes every precaution to prevent further exposure to mercury fumes during the procedure.  After continuing to detox after the amalgam removal, I am happy to say my  memory has greatly improved, the rashes and candida are gone.

I now recommned amalgam removal and Dr. Behm to all the patients I see with a variety of mercuy toxicity symptoms in my functional medicine practice.
