 Today I commit to LOVE.
1. Make the commitment to consciously communicate your needs and hear the needs of your loved ones. You are capable of creating more loving relationships by taking responsibility for your feelings, identifying your needs, being willing to stay vulnerable and asking for what you need, rather than expecting the people in your life to read your mind.
2. Be generous with your attention, affection, appreciation and acceptance.
3. Embracing the unknown provides our greatest opportunity for personal growth while provoking our greatest fears. Love and uncertainty walk hand in hand. Love takes us out of the mundane and the predictable into the magical and miraculous. Love expands our sense of self, which, once expanded, never returns to its original size. Expanding your internal reference point from ego to spirit allows you to surrender your need to control and instead accept what life has to offer. This inner dialogue of acceptance is the basis of a love-centered life, and a love-centered life is the basis of acceptance.
