YIN YOGA at SOL Yoga

Yin Yoga has its roots in ancient practise and is now proving transformational for modern life.  The long holds in supported postures provide deep muscular release and target the connective tissues, ligaments, bones and joints. We love it because it profoundly opens and safely challenges the body while being a deep meditative practise.   It provides space for contemplation and philosophical teachings while offering the physical benefits of the postures.
