Volunteers and board members are very important to the success of a chamber of commerce. Volunteers and board members are the first line of offense in building and maintaining a successful chamber. Our featured keynote speaker is Phil Bruno from Treat'em Right  Seminars. Phil's presentation "Your Role as Chamber Leader" is a 90 minute intensive web session that includes applicable, hands-on activities in self-discovery that aid your effectiveness with others. Several tools will be delivered that are applicable not only to chamber leadership, but for the volunteer's own professional development as well.
