As we did last year, we are letting exhibitors that have exhibited with us the most over the last 4 years, pick their booths first.  You will see all of that information when you go to the website.  Even if you have no points at all (never exhibited) you are still encouraged to select your booth and fill out the paperwork.  Booths will be assigned first come first served in the order of priority points.  We do expect to sell out at some point but everyone that acts promptly should be able to get a booth.  We will not be having any booths on the third floor this year.

We will be having live demonstrations in the exhibit area and exhibitors will be given first option for those time slots. We are also considering a new products session if there is enough interest.

Each booth will be furnished with one eight foot table and two chairs at no additional charge.  If you want a different size table(s) you will need to order those from Jeff Mehan Co. You will receive an order form later this year after your booth has been assigned where you can order exactly what you want.  Also the freight shipped to the show will have to be sent in advance to a warehouse and will be delivered to your booth on setup day.  You are still able to carry in your own booth equipment and of course set up your own booth.  The amount of freight being shipping to the hotel has become overwhelming so we are adding a freight company to deliver it to your booth. This same company will also ship it out for you after the show.

Your priority point ranking will be found on the website.  If you see any errors, please contact Laurie at laurie@isawwa.org.   The next Joint Expo with IWEA is scheduled for 2009.   We expect to continue to use the points system for the foreseeable future, always using the latest 4 years.  We look forward to another great expo and conference.  The program is completed and will be on line soon.  We have a lot of great presentations.   In addition we will be offering exhibitors some new benefits this year -more on that later!
