Please Report Back to Class!
Greetings!
Robert MillerAre you ready?

MMSC is back. Back with  our stools and music stands. Back with our Fall '07 Season. And back on your schedule.

Your first class assignment is to take out your Day Planner (or Palm Pilot or iPhone) and "pencil us in." You won't want to miss a thing.

First up is the hilarious Murderers by Jeffrey Hatcher.  Hatcher's keen and offbeat sense of the ridiculous thrives among the cul de sacs, manicured lawns and electric golf carts. You will be charmed by this glorious evening of crime.

That's this coming Friday and Saturday. September 14 & 15 at Unison Arts Center in New Paltz.

Join us. MMSC Fall Class '07 is back in session. And we're taking attendance.

Murderers  by Jeffrey Hatcher - September 14 & 15
Murderers logoWelcome to Florida's lovely Riddle Key Luxury Senior Living Center and Golf Club. It has everything: great restaurants, fancy shops, sparkling waters and murderers.  The three wickedly funny tales in Murderers reveal the intricacies behind a rash of mayhem at this peaceful retirement community.

Murderers is directed by Christine Crawfis and the deliciously duplicitous killers include a man who marries his mother-in-law (Bruce Pileggi), a scorned golden girl (RoseMarie Navarra), and the villas' vigilante (Elizabeth Barrows.)  As the body count rises, this hilariously dark comedy will convince you that some people deserve to be taken out.

"Elegant, pitch-black comedy! Rich stories, passionately told! Filled with surprise twists and sharply comic turns!"
Philadelphia Inquirer

"Witty writing! Hilarious! Brilliant! A must-see!"
Philadelphia Weekly

Jeffrey Hatcher's work  includes Compleat Female Stage Beauty, Three Viewings, Scotland Road, Tuesdays with Morrie, and most recently A Picasso.

Tuesdays With Morrie logo Tuesdays with Morrie, is the true story of popular sports columnist Mitch Albom, who reluctantly interrupted his chaotic and hectic life to visit Morrie Schwartz, his beloved and ailing former college profesor. A gentle reminder to appreciate the little things in life, Tuesdays With Morrie ultimately becomes a "class where life's greatest lessons are taught." Adapted from Albom's best-selling book.

Directed by Christine Crawfis.
Featuring William Connors and Michael Frohnhoefer.

"This is a play that might - incredibly, just might - change your life." John Simon, New York Magazine
