In business as well as in life we are rewarded for results. The more we sell, the more we earn. The more we invest in our relationships, the more we gain from those relationships.
When results from trusty old methods fade, we truly have only one choice. . . because to continue on with "business as usual" in hope that things will change is not a choice.
The problem is that it's always easier to recognize the need for change in someone else's business or life than it is to see it in our own activities or lives.
What can you do?
Understand that in order for things to change, you must change. . . and that wise, intelligent, thoughtful, strategic change is the only option.
Gather the team together. Add new members with new ideas to the team. Challenge them all to depart from their comfort zones. Reward radical and innovative ideas. Reach a consensus. Then implement. . . because you have no other choice. . . and you may not get another chance.
