"I never tried quitting, and I never quit trying."

-- Dolly Parton

The only time we ever really fail is when we quit.

The key is to realize that challenges, frustration, setbacks, and anguish aren't a sign to stop. They're a sign to overcome the challenges: Sometimes by going around them. . . sometimes through them. . . or sometimes over them!

They're a sign to grow. . . to step out of your comfort zones. . . to s
eek good advice. . . and then to act on that advice.

What can you do?

Understand that no matter how tempted you might be to pack it up, as long as you never quit, as long as you remain positive and are always willing learn from your mistakes, success is inevitable. (I believe this in the depths of my heart and consciousness.)

The only difference between success and failure is attitude. . . plus, of course, perseverance, tenacity, and (when needed) headstrong stubbornness.

Gather your team together. Look at the issues and challenges. Ask them to join you in committing to the fact that failure is not an option.
