The way I see it. . .
Where do you get these great thoughts? From moving outside your comfort zone. You have to find new ways to look at your business and your life. Chances are the people around you share your views, that is why you are comfortable with them. You have to find new friends, coaches or advisors that looked at your situation from a different perspective.
I have said for years you are either growing or you're dying, there is no in between. Please feel free to debate this with me. The most successful are always looking for mentors, advisors and coaches that can take them to the next level. A major hotel chain said that as their organization progressed they brought in different mentors, advisors and coaches that were comfortable with the new level.
Surround yourself with people that you trust and have the great thoughts you will need at the next level of your growth. Realize that you will not be comfortable at first with their thoughts until you develop a new comfort zone at your higher level of success. |
