John Daley will talk about the challenges of growing a business including: ensuring your management team, facilities, and systems are able to handle your growth; preparing your team for the challenges that need to happen when growing; and managing your cash during growth.  When discussing the challenges in a declining market, Mr. Daley addresses keeping revenue from drying up, learning how the declining market will affect your industry as well as your consumers, and how to survive a potential fatal economic shutdown.
