The power of the public has results! Community pressure and the demand for clean air started 14 years ago brought about protective regulations which required corporate investment in pollution controls.
Numerous elected officials joined HealthLink and other advocates in demanding clean air, and strategic use of negotiations and lawsuits kept up the pressure. None of this would have happened without your support.
