The front page of the Salem News (4/26/11) contrasts two articles: Rep. Keenan's attempt to funnel more money into dirty energy -Keenan blasted over power plant and the state's support of solar panels on an affordable housing complex in Salem. Why is Rep. Keenan stuck in the past of subsidizing fossil fuels and not seeking a safe, clean energy future?
