Call Rep. Keenan's office at 617-722-2263 and demand that he pull his three recent budget amendments, clearly crafted by polluting industry lobbyists. If passed they would keep the old and dirty Salem Power Plant running at our expense, and cripple clean energy development and green jobs in Massachusetts.

His amendments would: 

• discourage new transmission lines to clean energy sources
• reactivate retired coal plants
• increase investment in hydroelectric power at the expense of solar, wind and wave power
• encourage the burning of biomass a.k.a. trash
