2) Jairo Epaiyu, an indigenous Colombian man who recently visited Salem on a speaking tour to describe the devasation of his ancestral village by operations of the open pit coal mining operations, presented a statement on the floor at Dominion's shareholder meeting in Richmond,Virginia on Tuesday, May 18.  4) Watch the documentary, The Disappearing Male, online which details toxic threats to the male reproductive system. HealthLink has always been concerned about endocrine disrupters and continues to work with AHT to ban the use of a key ubiquitous one, Bisphenol A, in baby bottles, can liners and other products that seep into food.

6) How's your laundry line and compost heap coming? These are great spring projects! By composting kitchen scraps, the DEP estimates the an average household will divert 750 lbs/year of Maria's laundry linematerial from landfills and incinerators, and for every pound diverted, 2.5 lbs. of CO2 emissions is prevented. By using a laundry line you not only save money,  but you also reduce 700 pounds/year of CO2 and increase the longevity of your clothing!
