 Come to a meeting featuring a recent graduate of 'Smoke School' who is trained and certified to read to the opacity of industrial plumes and report violations to the DEP. The 'reader' will be keeping a watchful eye on the smoke signals from the Salem stacks. Please join us for this informational meeting!
