Have you been asking yourself this question?
 
toy picCome to the Marblehead Community Center on December 22 and bring products you want to know about. Products will be tested for lead and other toxic chemicals.
 
 
 
When: Monday, Dec. 22, 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Where: Marblehead Community Center
           10 Humphrey Street
What: Bring children's toys and household items to test for lead, cadmium, brominated flame retardants, arsenic or mercury. Limit 3 items per person.
Who: Sponored by Rep. Lori Ehrilch and Alliance for a Healthy Tomorrow. 
 
Things you might want to have tested:
  • Anything made of vinyl, i.e., toys, shoes, raincoats, lunch bags.
  • Children's jewelry
  • Children's PJs, stuffed animals (tested for flame retardants)
  • Ceramics or pottery with glaze
  • Electronics
  • Art supplies
