This season we welcome back Robert Pearce (The Drake Hotel, Harbour Sports Grill & others) as Food and Beverage Manager. Robert will lead our talented Mariposa chefs in offering tantalizing menu choices and his hospitality expertise will also support our commitment to customer service excellence. His is responsible for the sixty individuals that make up our professional food and beverage team.
